EMBASSY ABUJA has a requirement for a Contractor to furnish and install 100KVA power generator, and provide general upgrade of power line and changeover switches/panel at THA Area, Opposite Embassy Compound, Plot 1075 Diplomatic Drive, Central Business District Abuja as per attached scope of work (SOW) and layout.

You are invited to submit a proposal (technical and financial).

The site visit for this requirement has been scheduled as follows:

Venue:  Opposite Embassy Compound, Plot 1075 Diplomatic Drive, Central Business District Abuja

Date:     Tuesday, May 14, 2024

Time:     2PM.

To attend, please send the name of your representative not later than May 11, 2024, by 12:00 noon for access approval.

The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.

For a valid quote/proposal, and to be eligible for award, please note the following:

  1. Submit your proposal in two formats:

a) Your technical proposal which must include but not limited to your methodology for meeting the requirements, performance schedule, specifications, samples/pictures/complete drawings, past performance history with valid contact information for your past and current customers in the last three (3) years, CAC certification, NDAA certification as attached, etc.
